私たちが目指すことは、日本酒を通じて地域を元気にすること。
2017年、人口約3,000人の大雪山の麓のまち、
北海道上川町の「緑丘蔵」から私たちの酒造りがはじまりました。
2020年には、“食の宝庫”十勝の帯広畜産大学キャンパス内に「碧雲蔵」を創設、
そして2026年夏、オホーツク海を見渡す網走に創設を予定しております。
信頼で結ばれた契約生産者の北海道産酒造好適米と
広大な北海道の清らかで美味しい水と空気を原料に
地域で愛される地域に根ざした酒造りに挑んでいます。

Our mission is to revitalize local communities through sake.
Our journey began in 2017 in Kamikawa, a small town of approximately 3,000 people at the foot of the Daisetsuzan mountains in Hokkaido, with the establishment of Ryokkyu-gura .
In 2020, we established Hekiun-gura on the campus of Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine in Tokachi, a region renowned as one of Japan’s richest food regions.
Looking ahead, we are planning to open a new brewery in Abashiri in the summer of 2026, overlooking the Sea of Okhotsk.
Using carefully sake rice from trusted contract farmers in Hokkaido, along with the region’s pure water, fresh air, and vast natural environment, we are committed to crafting sake that is deeply rooted in and loved by the local community.
